Search Instructions: 

• Enter search criteria in fields to the left and click the SEARCH button

 For best results:

• In the ACCIDENT NUMBER field, please enter your accident number.  If you have the ACCIDENT NUMBER, enter the ACCIDENT NUMBER and leave all other fields blank to find your report.
  For example: P03065584
  
• In the ACCIDENT DATE field, please enter the date in the following format: mm/dd/yyyy, do not enter any leading zeros.
  For example: 5/11/2003, 1/9/2001
  
• In the DRIVER  field, you can enter just the last name.  You may enter your first initial and middle initial to narrow the search.
  For example: J D Smith (put spaces instead of periods)
  
• In the LOCATION field, enter the street name without periods.  You can also enter a partial street name, such as HARRIS, and all accidents on streets containing the word HARRIS will be displayed.
  For example: W T HARRIS, N TRYON

To view images your browser must be able to support Java.  Netscape and Internet Explorer are by default able to support Java.  If you are using Internet Explorer and Java is not enabled you will need to enable it.  Under Tools or View depending on what version of IE you are running, click ‘Internet Options’.  Click the tab at the top of the window called ‘Advanced’.  Scroll down until you see Microsoft VM or Java VM.  Check the box under that to enable the Java Compiler and Console.  You will have to close your browser and reopen it for the change to take effect.
